TMWG Red Nose Day Competition 2023 – Terms & Conditions

Competition Rules:

  1. Users MUST “like” The Mall Wood Green Facebook page to qualify
  2. Users MUST either comment on the specified competition post (and its associated photo album), and / or react to the post or its associated photos
  3. At the end of the competition, one person will be selected at random to receive the prize
  4. The competition will run until 21.00 on Thursday 16th May 2023. Entries received after this time on the closing date may not be counted
  5. The Mall Wood Green reserve the right to accept alternative comments as valid entries, and/or moderate the comment feed to remove inappropriate content. Removed posts will not be counted as valid competition entries
  6. You will be contacted by The Mall Wood Green if you are one of the lucky winners. The winners of the prizes must respond to confirm they can collect their prize within 7 days after notification
  7. There are no cash alternatives or alternative prizes available
  8. Participating and entering in this promotion is considered a complete release of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter by each entrant or participant. It is also an acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter
  9. Winners agree to publicity and to be named on The Mall Wood Green Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, main webpage, and/or included in any press releases or marketing publicity, upon making a submission
  10. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry
  11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason
  12. If you win a competition, we will notify you by social media, telephone, or email. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant
  13. Prizes cannot be transferred to another person, unless agreed by The Mall, Wood Green
  14. Unless specified, all Prizes must be collected from The Mall Wood Green in person. Winners must produce valid proof of ID upon collection
  15. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, tickets or services
  16. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
  17. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified
  18. The Mall Wood Green reserves the right to amend these rules at any time, and/or use our discretion to ensure the smooth running of the competition(s). We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page
  19. The Mall Wood Green’s decision is final.

Eligibility:

This contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom who must be 18 or older. One Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter account per person. The Mall Wood Green employees are not eligible to enter.
