Competition Rules:

1. Users MUST “like” The Mall Walthamstow Facebook page, or follow The Mall Walthamstow Twitter or Instagram accounts to qualify
2. Users MUST comment on the specified competition post, with their prediction for the final score for the Italy v. England Euro 2020 final
3. The final score will be determined as either the score at the end of the entire match – including injury time, extra time, and penalties if required.
4. At the end of the competition, a number of entrants will be selected at random to receive the prize. The total number of winners is at The Mall Walthamstow’s discretion
5. The competition will run until the start of the game, at 8pm BST on 11th July 2021. Entries received after this time on the closing date may not be counted
6. The Mall Walthamstow reserve the right to accept alternative comments as valid entries, and/or moderate the comment feed to remove inappropriate content. Removed posts will not be counted as valid competition entries
7. You will be contacted by The Mall Walthamstow if you are one of the lucky winners. The winners of the prizes must respond to confirm they can collect their prize within 7 days after notification
8. There are no cash alternatives or alternative prizes available
9. Participating and entering in this promotion is considered a complete release of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter by each entrant or participant. It is also an acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter
10. Winners agree to publicity and to be named on The Mall Walthamstow Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, main webpage, email broadcasts, and/or included in any press releases or marketing publicity, upon making a submission
11. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry
12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason
13. If you win a competition, we will notify you by social media, telephone, or email. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant
14. Prizes cannot be transferred to another person, unless agreed by The Mall Walthamstow
15. Unless specified, all Prizes must be collected from The Mall Walthamstow in person. Winners must produce valid proof of ID upon collection
16. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, tickets or services
17. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
18. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified
19. The Mall Walthamstow reserves the right to amend these rules at any time, and/or use our discretion to ensure the smooth running of the competition(s). We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page
20. The Mall Walthamstow’s decision is final.

Eligibility:

This contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom who must be 18 or older. The user must have a Facebook account and must ‘like’ The Mall Walthamstow on Facebook, or follow The Mall Walthamstow on Instagram or Twitter.  One Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter account per person.
